RETURN&REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Nireeka reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging or an identical package as the original, and mail your return to an address provided to you after creating a new ticket.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Normally we will refund 100% of your payment and the also the shipping cost might be deducted for returning the bike to our nearest warehouse or dealership. If any damage is found on the frame or any of the parts, additional fees may be subtracted from your original payment. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

REFUNDS:

All Nireeka direct sales (Nireeka.com Website) are eligible for a full refund before shipping the bike. However, once the bike is shipped and it's in the courier's hand, we have no control over it. Therefore, we can't refund your order until it's delivered and proceed with the return.

Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used to place the order and may take up to 2-3 business days to process all Credit Cards.

For all Crowdfunding Campaigns, we can only offer a 75% refund of the contributed amount (This is due to the deducted crowdfunding platforms fees).

Approved Crowdfunding refunds will be issued via various Payment Methods depending on each country (Transfer Fees apply).

Please note that we do not accept refunds if:

- The bike is shipped and it's in the courier's hand so we have no control over it unless it will be delivered to you, then you can proceed with the return.

EXCEPTIONS:

For defective or damaged products, please create a

new ticket

to arrange a refund or exchange.
